International Day Trading Academy (IDTA) Trading Retreat

1. Booking & Payment

To secure your place at the Ultimate Trading Retreat, a non-refundable deposit (if applicable) or full payment is required. All bookings must be paid in full no later than November 1st, 2025, which is 30 days before the retreat start date.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All payments made toward the retreat are non-refundable after 7 days. Upon booking, participants have a 7-day cooling-off period to cancel and request a full refund, provided the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the retreat start date. After this period, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted, as IDTA is financially committed to retreat numbers and resources. However, in the event of a serious or unforeseen circumstance, participants may submit a written request for special consideration. These will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is at the sole discretion of IDTA. If a cancellation request is accepted, a 20% administration fee will be retained, and the remaining retreat balance will be provided as a credit toward other IDTA programs, services, or a future retreat. Credits are valid within the IDTA ecosystem and must be used within 12 months. No monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances beyond the initial 7-day cooling-off window.

3. Transfer of Booking

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your place to another person. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing and approved by IDTA. Transfers are subject to approval and availability.

4. Event Cancellation or Changes by IDTA

In the unlikely event that the retreat must be cancelled or postponed by IDTA due o circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disaster, venue closure, global disruption), your booking will be transferred to the rescheduled date or held as a full credit toward a future retreat.

5. Travel Arrangements

All travel, including flights, transport, and arrival to the retreat venue, is the responsibility and expense of the participant. The program officially begins upon arrival at the retreat destination. We recommend arriving well-rested and on time. Travel insurance is mandatory and must include international medical coverage. Proof of valid travel and health insurance must be submitted prior to arrival.

6. Health, Safety & Conduct

Participants must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements before attending. While every effort is made to ensure your safety, participation in retreat activities is voluntary and at your own risk. We expect respectful and professional behavior throughout the event. IDTA reserves the right to remove any participant who behaves in a way that is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, with no refund provided.

7. Use of Photography & Media

By attending the retreat, you grant IDTA permission to capture and use photos, videos, and testimonials for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included in any media, please inform us in writing before the retreat begins.

8. Minimum Numbers

IDTA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the retreat if minimum participation numbers are not met. In such cases, your payment will be returned infull back to you or transferred to a future retreat.

9. Force Majeure

IDTA is not liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, natural disasters, pandemics, political instability, or travel bans. In such circumstances, IDTA will offer a full credit or reschedule the retreat.

10. Optional Extras

Optional services or add-ons such as massages, private coaching sessions, or excursions outside the retreat itinerary may be available at additional cost and booked separately.

11. Assumption of Risk

Participants acknowledge that activities such as hiking, swimming, and outdoor excursions carry inherent risks. You participate in all activities at your own discretion and risk.

12. Educational Disclaimer

The retreat is an educational event. No financial advice will be given. All trading decisions are your own. IDTA and its representatives are not responsible for any trading outcomes or financial decisions made during or after the retreat.

13. Agreement to Terms

By registering for the Ultimate Trading Retreat, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. You also acknowledge that you’ve read and understood the risks involved in trading financial markets and participation in retreat activities.
